Help keep clean and tidy
It would be nice if we who live here could help each other to keep the common areas such as staircase, basement, laundry room and outdoor environment pleasant to stay in. I have contacted the landlord Wallenstam and pointed out that cleaning leaves more to be desired and asked if they can help to freshen up the backyard.
However, we who live here must have the desire to keep it neat and clean.
The smell is often very bad in the staircase. Someone is urinating in the staircase and it happens often. It would be appreciated very much if this stops. So, those who are able to do something about this kindly asked to do so.
Together we can make a pleasant environment here.
