J'aimerais savoir si vous avez reconsidéré votre participation pour l'étude ENABLE CC.

Votre participation serait grandement appréciée considérant que votre population de sujets éligibles inclus 4 cas (1 cas de TE et 3 cas contrôles).  De plus, aucune procédure n'est requise pour ces sujets, mis à part l'obtention du consentement éclairé, le quel peut être obtenue par téléphone si accepté par votre comité d'éthique.

Je vous transmets également une copie du CRF.  Comme précédemment mentionné, il s'agira d'un CRF électronique.

I was wondering if you reconsidered your decision to participate in the study ENABLE CC.

Your participation would be greatly appreciated since your population of subjects includes 4 cases (1 case of TE and 3 cases of controls). Furthermore, no procedure is required for the subjects, all we need is a clear consent from them, which can be acquired by phone if its all right with your ethics committee.

I am also sending you a copy of the CRF. As mentioned previously, it will be an Electronic CRF.
